• Products are sold strictly for personal use and not for resale, unless explicitly agreed by us in writing.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).

• We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway at the time of order.

• Prices may change without prior notice; however, once an order is placed and confirmed, the price will remain fixed for that transaction.

3. Order Acceptance

• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.

• GSP reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure, incorrect pricing due to technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• If your order is cancelled by us, any amount deducted will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. User Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

• GSP will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by customers.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is successful, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy

• GSP follows a No Refund Policy for all products.

• Refunds will only be issued if GSP is unable to fulfill the order (for example, in case of stock unavailability).

• If a paid order is found to be out of stock, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days.

3. No Exchange / Replacement

• Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not offer exchanges, replacements, or returns once an order is shipped.

• Customers are requested to review sizes, colors, and product details carefully before placing an order.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges

All shipments are chargeable. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

 

3. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery across India usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

• Delays may occur in case of remote locations, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking & Responsibility

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor the order status.

• GSP is not liable for courier delays, natural events, or force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk and title pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

 

Return Policy

• GSP follows a Strict No-Return Policy.

• Once an order is placed, processed, and delivered, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.

• This policy applies to all products, including cases of size issues, change of mind, or dislike of the product after purchase.

• Customers are advised to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing an order.

• Only in rare cases where GSP is unable to fulfill an order (due to stock unavailability) will a refund be considered, as stated in our Refund Policy.
